McColl Street Newmarket needed a bit of work to get it to standard. The old roof had a 1° fall, undersized gutters and some questionable flashing work.

We put this project under shrink wrap to raise the roof to 3° and increase the internal gutter size.

Took a bit to pull this one off but she’s now ready for winter.
